Invitation to Tender: IT Review and Recommendations

Collaborating, Partnering & TendersComments are off for this post.

Could you help us audit, review and improve our IT?

Bountagu Big Local is a partnership of local residents, groups and organisations that are aiming to make a positive, lasting difference to the community, bringing together talent, ambition, skills and energy from those who want to make the area an even better place to live.

Bountagu recognise the importance of good IT infrastructure, internal systems and software, to improve the capacity of our Partnership and help create stronger local connections.

We have been experiencing some challenges with our IT and communication services, both centrally from our Edmonton office and remotely. We are seeking solutions to allow us to work more collaboratively, and to centralise data and applications, ensuring a consistent service offering to all members of staff and volunteers.

We are inviting tenders for an individual or organisation with relevant experience to lead on an audit and review of our existing hardware, software, email and data infrastructure; identifying issues, making recommendations for solutions, and advising on likely initial and ongoing costs.

We anticipate that this commissioned opportunity will be a short, contained project, which will initially run during June and July 2021.

Timeline + Deadlines

Closing date for proposals: Friday 28 May, 2020
– Interviews and appointment: during the second week of June.
– Immediate commencement with meetings and work: during June.
– Report and recommendations presented to Bountagu Partnership: ideally June/July 2021.
